Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A surface ridge will continue building across the
Gulf waters. The pressure gradient will continue to tighten
across the eastern Gulf, resulting in fresh to strong easterly
winds and building seas. Gentle to moderate winds will prevail
elsewhere.

showers and isolated tstms.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...A non-tropical low pressure system located about
650 miles southeast of Bermuda is poorly organized. Although
environmental  conditions are expected to be only marginally
conducive for  development during the next day or so, a
subtropical or tropical  depression could still develop later
today or on Tuesday. However,  upper-level winds are forecast to
become more favorable for tropical cyclone formation by late 
Tuesday and Wednesday while the low meanders well to the southeast
of Bermuda. The pressure gradient between high pressure to the 
north and the low will continue to increase winds and seas across 
the NE waters. Swell generated by this system will continue 
propagating across the waters E of the Bahamas, reaching the 
Atlantic/Caribbean passages on Tue.
