Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extending from the Florida panhandle to 
southern Texas will stall and dissipate through Wed. Another cold 
front will enter the NW Gulf on Fri, extend from the Florida Big 
Bend to near Tampico, Mexico Fri evening, then stall and weaken 
over the SE Gulf by Sat night. Fresh NE winds are expected north 
of the front Fri and Sat.
