.SYNOPSIS...In the wake of Tropical Storm Delta, weak high 
pressure will continue to build across the area into early next 
week. A weak trough will move across the north-central today and 
tonight and across the eastern Gulf Sun and Sun and Sun night. 

.THIS AFTERNOON...S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. Scattered 
showers and isolated tstms.
