Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A strong cold front will move into the NW Gulf late
Mon afternoon. In the wake of the front, strong northerly winds
are expected in the western half of the basin, with gale force
winds possible west of the front over some areas of the western
Gulf from Mon night through Tue night. High pressure behind the
front will slide eastward across the northern Gulf through Thu
night.  

.OVERNIGHT...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt after midnight. Seas 2 ft
or less. 
.SUN...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered
showers and isolated tstms. 
.SUN NIGHT...W to NW winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to E after
midnight. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered showers and isolated
tstms. 
.MON...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered

.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh winds are expected northeast of
the Bahamas this weekend as a surface trough moves across the
western Atlantic. A cold front will move over the northwest part
of the area by mid-week, then begin to weaken as it reaches from
near 31N75W to South Florida by Wed night and from 31N73W to 
near western Cuba by late Thu. Scattered showers and 
thunderstorms are expected ahead of the front. 

.OVERNIGHT...SE winds 5 to 10 kt after midnight. Seas 2 ft or
less. 
.SUN...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and E to SE less than
5 kt N of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less.
