Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Beta in the northwest Gulf of Mexico
will move inland into the middle Texas coast Tue morning.
High pressure building over the eastern half of the Gulf in the 
wake of a cold front is producing strong easterly winds. These 
winds will persist into Tue night.

.SYNOPSIS...Strong high pressure, in the wake of a cold front 
currently extending along 23N W of 63W is producing strong N to 
NE across the waters. These winds will persist into Tue. Long 
period swell generated by this cold front will impact the waters 
through at least Thu night.
