.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Beta near 27.2N 93.0W 996 mb at 11 AM
EDT moving WNW at 3 kt. Maximum sustained winds 50 kt gusts
60 kt. Beta will move to 27.6N 93.9W this evening, 28.1N 95.0W
Mon morning, 28.6N 95.8W Mon evening, inland to 29.0N 96.0W Tue
morning, to 29.6N 95.7W Tue evening, and move and weaken to a
tropical depression near 30.2N 94.7W Wed morning. Beta will move
near 32.1N 92.1W early Thu. A cold front will move across the
eastern half of the Gulf into Mon. Fresh to strong NE winds and
building seas will follow the front.  

.THIS AFTERNOON...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft.
Scattered showers and isolated tstms.

.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Teddy near 28.3N 62.8W 964 mb at 11 AM EDT
moving NW at 8 kt. Maximum sustained winds 90 kt gusts 110 kt. 
Teddy will move to 29.2N 63.4W this evening, 31.0N 62.9W Mon 
morning, and will be N of the area near 34.8N 62.1W Mon evening, 
then reach 38.8N 63.0W Tue morning, become extratropical and move 
to 41.7N 63.4W Tue evening, and weaken as an extratropical cyclone
near 44.5N 62.0W Wed morning. Teddy will change little in 
intensity as it moves to 53.0N 53.0W early Thu. Weak low pressure 
off the Florida coast and a cold front moving SE through the 
waters will lead to Gale conditions N of 28N through tonight. Long
period swell generated by both Hurricane Teddy and this cold 
front will impact the waters into mid week.

shifting to NW in the afternoon. N of 27N, N to NE winds 25 to
