.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Beta in the NW Gulf of Mexico will move
inland into Texas Tue morning. A cold front will move through the
northern and eastern Gulf into Mon, bringing fresh to strong NE 
winds through early week. 

.TODAY...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered
showers and isolated tstms. 
.TONIGHT...NE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. Scattered tstms.
.MON...NE to E winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 5 to 7 ft. Numerous
showers and scattered tstms.

.SYNOPSIS...Category 3 Hurricane Teddy is near 28.0N 62.0W
958 mb at 5 AM EDT moving NW at 10 kt. Maximum sustained winds
100 kt  gusts 120 kt. Teddy will move to 28.9N 62.7W this
afternoon, 30.4N 62.9W Mon morning, 33.3N 62.1W Mon afternoon,
37.5N 62.2W Tue  morning, and become extratropical and move to
40.9N 63.2W Tue  afternoon. Weak low pressure off the Florida
coast and a cold front moving SE through the waters will lead to
Gale conditions N of 28N through tonight. Long period swell
generated by both Hurricane Teddy and this cold front will
impact the waters into mid week.
