Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Beta will continue in the NW Gulf of
Mexico and reach the Texas coast Tue. A cold front will move 
through the northeast Gulf into Mon, bringing fresh to strong NE 
winds through early week. 

.OVERNIGHT...NE to E winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 ft. Scattered
showers and isolated tstms. 
.SUN...NE to E winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Scattered
showers and isolated tstms.

.SYNOPSIS...Major Hurricane Teddy is near 27.3N 61.2W 956 mb at 
11 PM EDT moving N at 11 kt. Maximum sustained winds 100 kt
gusts  120 kt. Teddy will move to 28.3N 62.3W Sun morning, 29.6N
63.0W  Sun evening, 31.6N 62.4W Mon morning, 35.7N 61.8W Mon
evening,  39.7N 62.5W Tue morning, and become extratropical and
move to  42.5N 62.8W Tue evening. Swell generated by Teddy will
continue to impact all area waters into Mon. A strong cold front
will move SE across the Florida Peninsula and the west Atlantic
while  weakening, then stall Tue from near Bermuda to the
Florida  Straits. Behind the front, near gale force winds NE are
 anticipated across a broad area of Atlantic waters N of 25N 
into Mon night.
