.SYNOPSIS...An developing area of low pressure over the SW Gulf
will meander over the southern Gulf during the next several
days, with high potential to become a tropical depression in the
day or two. A weak front will move into the northern Gulf on
Sat, followed by fresh to strong east to northeast winds. 

.TODAY...S to SW winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. Scattered
showers and isolated tstms.
