11 AM EDT moving WNW at 5 kt. Maximum sustained winds 55 kt
gusts 65 kt. Sally will strengthen to a hurricane near 28.7N
88.0W this evening, move to 29.2N 88.8W Tue morning, 29.8N 89.1W
Tue evening, move inland and weaken to a tropical storm near
30.8N 88.7W Wed morning, before moving farther inland and
gradually dissipating through early Fri.

.THIS AFTERNOON...TROPICAL STORM CONDITIONS POSSIBLE. SE to S
winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 3 to 6 ft. Scattered showers and isolated
tstms.
