.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Sally near 28.3N 87.3W 996 mb at 5 AM
EDT moving WNW at 8 kt. Maximum sustained winds 50 kt gusts
60 kt. Sally will move to 28.6N 88.1W this afternoon, strengthen
to a hurricane near 29.1N 88.9W Tue morning, 29.7N 89.3W Tue
afternoon, move inland and weaken to a tropical storm near 30.6N
89.2W Wed morning, move inland and weaken to a tropical
depression near 31.6N 88.6W Wed afternoon, and inland to 32.5N
87.6W Thu morning. Sally will become a remnant low as it moves
near 33.5N 85.0W early Fri. Otherwise, a surface trough over the
western Gulf of Mexico will move south and southwest through the
middle of next week with low chance of tropical cyclone
formation.

45 kt. Teddy will move to  13.8N 42.4W this afternoon, 14.3N
