Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Sally near 28.2N 86.2W 996 mb at
11 PM EDT moving NW at 7 kt. Maximum sustained winds 50 kt gusts
60 kt. Sally will move to 28.6N 87.3W Mon morning, strengthen to
a hurricane near 29.0N 88.3W Mon evening, 29.4N 89.0W Tue
morning, inland to 30.3N 89.4W Tue evening, move inland and
weaken to a tropical storm near 31.2N 89.1W Wed morning, and
move inland and weaken to a tropical depression near 32.1N 88.3W
Wed evening. Sally will become a remnant low as it moves near
33.6N 85.8W late Thu. Otherwise, a surface trough over the
western Gulf of Mexico will move south and southwest through the
middle of next week with low chance of tropical cyclone
formation.

Paulette will  weaken to a tropical storm near 46.0N 37.5W late
Thu. Tropical  Depression Twenty near 13.0N 39.0W 1006 mb at
11 PM EDT moving WNW at 13 kt. Maximum sustained winds 30 kt
gusts 40 kt. Twenty will  strengthen to a tropical storm near
13.5N 41.2W Mon morning, move  to 13.9N 43.7W Mon evening, 14.4N
45.9W Tue morning, strengthen to a hurricane near 15.0N 47.3W
Tue evening, 16.0N 48.7W Wed  morning, and 17.2N 50.0W Wed
evening. Twenty will change little in intensity as it moves near
20.0N 52.4W late Thu.
