and dissipate Wed afternoon. Tropical Storm Laura near 21.7N
82.2W 1001 mb at 5 PM EDT moving WNW at 17 kt. Maximum sustained
winds 50 kt gusts 60 kt. Laura will move to 22.7N 84.5W Tue
morning, 24.2N 87.4W Tue afternoon, strengthen to a hurricane
