Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Marco near 25.8N 87.8W 991 mb at 5 PM EDT
moving NNW at 11 kt. Maximum sustained winds are 65 kt with
gusts 80 kt. Marco will move to 27.1N 88.6W Mon morning, 28.5N
89.7W Mon afternoon, then will move inland and weaken to a
tropical storm near 29.3N 91.4W Tue morning. Marco will move
further inland to 29.8N 93.2W Tue afternoon. Marco will
dissipate Thu afternoon. Tropical Storm Laura near 19.5N 75.2W
1000 mb at 5 PM EDT moving WNW at 18 kt. Maximum sustained winds
are 50 kt with gusts 60 kt. Laura will move to 20.6N 78.3W Mon
morning, 21.8N 81.7W Mon afternoon as it approaches the
southeast Gulf. Laura will move to 23.3N 84.9W Tue morning,
24.7N 87.7W Tue afternoon, strengthen to a hurricane near 26.1N
90.2W Wed morning, and reach 28.0N 92.5W Wed afternoon near the
Louisiana and Texas border before going inland and weakening
through Thu. Atlantic high pressure will build westward over the
eastern Gulf in the wake of Laura.

.TONIGHT...TROPICAL STORM CONDITIONS POSSIBLE. E to SE winds
30 to 35 kt, diminishing to 15 to 20 kt after midnight. Seas 3 to
8 ft. Scattered showers and isolated tstms. 
.MON...TROPICAL STORM CONDITIONS POSSIBLE. E to SE winds 20 to
25 kt, becoming E 30 to 35 kt in the afternoon. Seas 3 to 6 ft.

.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Laura near 19.5N 75.2W 1000 mb at
5 PM EDT moving WNW at 18 kt. Maximum sustained winds are 50 kt
with gusts 60 kt. Laura will move to 20.6N 78.3W Mon morning,
before moving farther west into the southeast Gulf of  Mexico
where it will intensify into a hurricane and move into the 
north central Gulf through mid week.
