Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Marco near 24.7N 87.3W 993 mb at
11 AM EDT moving NNW at 12 kt. Maximum sustained winds 60 kt
gusts 75 kt. Marco will strengthen to a hurricane near 26.4N
88.1W this evening, move to 28.2N 89.1W Mon morning, move inland
and weaken to a tropical storm near 29.5N 90.4W Mon evening.
Marco will continue inland and weaken to a tropical depression
near 31.2N 93.8W by Tue evening, and to 31.8N 95.4W Wed morning.
Marco will dissipate early Thu. Tropical Storm Laura is over
Haiti near 19.2N 73.2W 1004 mb at 11 AM EDT moving WNW at 18 kt.
Maximum sustained winds 45 kt gusts 55 kt. Laura will move over
Cuba to 20.3N 76.0W this evening, 21.6N 79.9W Mon morning, to
22.9N 83.2W Mon evening before emerging into the southeast Gulf.
Laura will move to 24.1N 86.2W Tue morning, strengthen to a
hurricane near 25.3N 88.9W Tue evening, then move to 26.8N 91.4W
Wed morning. Laura is expected to make landfall over southwest
Louisiana Wed night or early Thu morning. Atlantic high pressure
will build westward over the eastern Gulf in the wake of Laura.

50 kt. Seas 3 to 10 ft. Scattered showers and isolated tstms. 
.TONIGHT...TROPICAL STORM CONDITIONS POSSIBLE. E to SE winds
25 to 30 kt, diminishing to 15 to 20 kt after midnight. Seas 3 to
9 ft. Scattered showers and isolated tstms. 
.MON...TROPICAL STORM CONDITIONS POSSIBLE. E to SE winds 20 to
25 kt, becoming E 35 to 40 kt in the afternoon. Seas 3 to 6 ft.

.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Laura is near 19.2N 73.2W 1004 mb at 
11 AM EDT, moving WNW at 18 kt. Maximum sustained winds are
45 kt with gusts to 55 kt. Laura will move into Cuba and reach
20.3N  76.0W this evening, 21.6N 79.9W Mon morning, then move to
22.9N  83.2W Mon evening before emerging into the southeast Gulf
of  Mexico where it will intensify into a hurricane and move
into the  north central Gulf through mid week. High pressure
will build westward following Laura.
