1008 mb at 11 AM EDT moving WNW at 18 kt. Maximum sustained
winds 30 kt gusts 40 kt. Thirteen will strengthen to a tropical
storm near 17.0N 54.7W this evening, move to 18.0N 58.3W Fri
morning, 18.9N 61.6W Fri evening, 19.6N 64.7W Sat morning, 20.4N
68.1W Sat evening, and 21.5N 71.8W Sun morning. Thirteen will
strengthen to a hurricane near 24.0N 78.6W by early Mon.

Tropical Depression Fourteen near 15.1N 79.7W 1007 mb at 11 AM
EDT moving W at 18 kt. Maximum sustained winds 30 kt gusts
40 kt. Fourteen will strengthen to a tropical storm near 15.5N
81.9W this evening, move to 16.3N 84.2W Fri morning, 17.1N 85.5W
Fri evening, 18.4N 86.4W Sat morning, 19.9N 87.4W Sat evening,
and 21.5N 88.9W Sun morning. Fourteen will change little in
intensity as it moves to near 25.0N 92.0W by early Mon.
