.SYNOPSIS...Light to gentle winds will dominate the Gulf waters
through Tue night. Stronger winds are expected in the eastern
Bay of Campeche and west of the Yucatan peninsula at night due
to local effects.  

.THIS AFTERNOON...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TONIGHT...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SAT...NE to E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered
showers and isolated tstms.
