Isaias should strengthen to a hurricane near 33.1N 79.2W this evening, move inland and weaken to a tropical storm near 37.2N 77.0W Tue morning well north of these waters. Large seas north of 27N associated with Isaias will spread northward across the waters west of 75W today, then gradually subside late tonight through Tue night. A weak 1014 mb low pressure centered near 23N64W will move across the SE waters today.
