Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Isaias is centered near 21.7N 74.5W 991 mb
at 11 AM EDT moving NW at 14 kt. Maximum sustained winds 65 kt
gusts 80 kt. Weak high pressure will persist over the northern
Gulf through the weekend as Isaias moves near or over the
Central and NW Bahamas tonight into Sat, then passes near or
east of the Florida peninsula Sat and Sun. Gentle to moderate 
winds will prevail across the Gulf through early next week. 

.THIS AFTERNOON...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft. Isolated
tstms. 
.TONIGHT...NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft. Isolated tstms.

 at 11 AM EDT moving NW at 14 kt. Maximum sustained winds 65 kt 
gusts 80 kt. Isaias will move toward the Central Bahamas near 
23.0N 76.1W this evening, near the NW Bahamas 24.8N 78.0W Sat 
morning, then move near the east coast of the Florida Peninsula
to 26.3N 79.2W Sat evening, 27.7N 79.8W Sun morning, 29.2N 80.0W
Sun evening, and 31.6N 79.5W Mon morning. Very large seas in SE
swell are expected over a large portion of the SW North Atlantic
waters near and offshore of the Bahamas tonight into Sat.

.THIS AFTERNOON...TROPICAL STORM CONDITIONS EXPECTED WITH
HURRICANE CONDITIONS POSSIBLE. E to SE winds 25 to 30 kt. Seas 3 
to 5 ft S of 27N, and 6 to 9 ft N of 27N. 
.TONIGHT...HURRICANE CONDITIONS EXPECTED. S of 27N, NE winds
45 to 50 kt, increasing to 60 to 70 kt after midnight. N of 27N,
E to SE winds 40 to 45 kt, increasing to 55 to 60 kt after
midnight. Seas building to 9 to 14 ft. Scattered showers and 
isolated tstms.
.SAT...HURRICANE CONDITIONS EXPECTED. S of 27N, N to NE winds
60 to 70 kt, shifting to SW to W 65 to 75 kt in the afternoon. N 
of 27N, E to SE winds 40 to 50 kt. Seas 7 to 10 ft S of 27N, and
