Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A ridge will dominate the Gulf waters during the
next several days producing mainly gentle to moderate winds. A
surface trough will develop over the Yucatan Peninsula each
evening, shift westward into the SW Gulf waters each night, and
dissipate over the SW Gulf each morning. Fresh to locally strong
easterly winds will be associated with this trough.

less. 
.TUE...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TUE NIGHT...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED NIGHT...E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to
3 ft late. 
.THU...E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft in the morning, subsiding
to 2 ft or less.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...A surface ridge will dominate the forecast area, 
supporting fresh to occasionally strong winds near Hispaniola
and the Windward Passage at night through the forecast period. 
A broad area of low pressure remains over the tropical Atlantic,
about 1000 miles east of the Windward Islands. Conditions are 
expected to become somewhat more favorable for development during 
the next few days and a tropical depression or tropical storm is 
likely to form during that time frame. It could begin to affect 
portions of the Leeward Islands by late Wednesday. This system is 
forecast to bring an increase in winds and seas across the waters 
E of 65W Tue night into Wed. 

.TONIGHT...S of 27N, E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. N of 27N, S winds
5 to 10 kt, becoming SW 15 to 20 kt late. Seas 3 ft. Scattered
showers and isolated tstms. 
.TUE...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and S to SW 5 to 10 kt
N of 27N. Seas 3 ft. Scattered showers and isolated tstms. 
.TUE NIGHT...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft. Scattered showers

.WED...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and S 5 to 10 kt N of
