Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Depression Hanna continues to weaken over 
northeast Mexico. A ridge will dominate the Gulf waters during
the next several days producing mainly gentle to moderate winds.
A surface trough will develop over the Yucatan Peninsula each
evening, shift westward into the SW Gulf waters each night, and
dissipate over the SW Gulf each morning. Fresh to locally strong
easterly winds will be associated with this trough.

showers and isolated tstms. 
.TONIGHT...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft, subsiding to 2 ft or

.SYNOPSIS...A surface ridge will dominate the forecast area, 
supporting fresh to occasionally strong winds near Hispaniola
and the Windward Passage at night through the forecast period. 
A broad area of low pressure remains over the tropical Atlantic,
 a little more than 1000 miles east of the Windward Islands. 
Conditions are still expected to become more favorable for 
development in a day or two and a tropical depression or
tropical  storm will likely form within the next couple of days.
This  system is forecast to bring an increase in winds and seas
E of 65W Tue night into Wed.
