.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Hanna is inland near 26.3N 98.9W
988 mb at 5 AM EDT moving WSW at 8 kt. Maximum sustained winds
50 kt gusts 60 kt. Hanna will continue moving inland until
dissipation on Tuesday. Gentle to moderate winds will prevail
across the area through the forecast period.
