Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure over the central Gulf will move WNW and
reach the northwestern Gulf on Thursday and Friday. There is a
high probability of tropical cyclone development with this
system during the next couple of days. Pulsing fresh to strong
winds are expected in association with this system mainly over
the northern Gulf waters.

.SYNOPSIS...A ridge north of the area will support pulses of 
fresh to locally strong winds off Hispaniola and near the
entrance to the Windward Passage for the next several nights.
Winds and seas will increase E of 65W toward the end of the week
as high pressure builds across the western Atlantic.
