.SYNOPSIS...The northern extent of a tropical wave will move
into the SE Gulf today, then move westward across the central
Gulf on Wed, and reach the NW Gulf on Thu. Increasing winds and
seas are expected in association with this system.  

.TODAY...E to SE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. Scattered
showers and isolated tstms. 
.TONIGHT...E to SE winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. Scattered
showers and isolated tstms.

.SYNOPSIS...A ridge north of the area will support pulses of 
fresh to locally strong winds off Hispaniola and near the
entrance to the Windward Passage for the next several nights.
Winds and seas will increase E of 65W toward the end of the week
 as high pressure builds across the western Atlantic.
