Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A weak low pressure area over the NW Gulf will move
inland over Texas tonight or Tue. The northern extent of a
tropical wave will move into the SE Gulf on Tue, then move
westward across the central Gulf on Wed, and reach the NW Gulf
on Thu. Increasing winds and seas are possible in association
with this system.  

.OVERNIGHT...E winds 15 to 20 kt late. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered
showers and isolated tstms. 
.TUE...E to SE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. Scattered
showers and isolated tstms.

.SYNOPSIS...A ridge north of the area will support pulses of 
fresh to locally strong winds off Hispaniola and near the
entrance to the Windward Passage for the next several nights.
Fresh winds will prevail over the waters S of 25N through Tue as
the northern extend of a tropical wave moves westward across the
region. Winds and seas will increase E of 65W toward the end of
the week as  high pressure builds across the western Atlantic.

E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt late. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Scattered tstms. 
.TUE...E to SE winds 15 to 20 kt S of 27N, and E to SE 10 to
