.SYNOPSIS...A surface trough will pass over the eastern Gulf
tonight into Sat. Locally fresh winds are expected near the
coast of the Yucatan peninsula tonight. Elsewhere, gentle to
moderate winds and slight seas will prevail through early next
week.
