Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A ridge will dominate the Gulf waters into mid week
producing mainly gentle to moderate winds and slight seas with
the exception of moderate to locally fresh winds near the W
coast of the Yucatan peninsula due to local effects. Looking
ahead, the ridge will shift north starting mid week, ahead of a
trough that will move westward across Florida and into the
southeast Gulf.  

.TODAY...W to NW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TONIGHT...NW winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to E to SE after
midnight. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED...NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

.THU...NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

.SYNOPSIS...Gentle to moderate return flow will continue across
the region through this morning. Easterly gentle to moderate 
winds are expected Wed evening through the weekend. Otherwise, 
expect fresh to locally strong winds off the northern coast of 
Hispaniola through the entire forecast period.

afternoon. N of 27N,SW to W winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft in the
morning, subsiding to 2 ft or less.
