Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the central Gulf will shift
westward through Sun as a trough develops over Florida. The
trough will lift to the northeast through the early part of next
week. This pattern will maintain generally moderate winds and
slight seas through Sat. Winds and seas will diminish early next
week as the trough lifts to the northeast.

.TONIGHT...NW to N winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.FRI...NW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.FRI NIGHT...W to NW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SAT...W to NW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to
3 ft in the afternoon. 
.SAT NIGHT...W winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.SUN...W winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...A surface ridge extends from high pressure east of
Bermuda through the central Bahamas. Moderate southerly winds
are noted north of the Bahamas between the ridge and a surface
trough approaching from the west over the southeast US. These
winds will increase Sat and Sun as the trough moves into
Florida, but will diminish into mid week as the trough weakens 
and lifts to the northeast and the ridge builds along roughly 30N.

.TONIGHT...S winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and S to SW 10 to 15 kt N
of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered showers and isolated tstms. 
.FRI...SW winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and SW 10 to 15 kt N of 27N.

.FRI NIGHT...S to SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less,
