.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will prevail across the Gulf waters
through the week. This will support moderate to fresh SE winds
over the western Gulf with light to gentle winds over the
eastern Gulf.

or less. 
.TONIGHT...SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TUE...SE winds less than 5 kt,  shifting to NE to E in the
