.SYNOPSIS...A surface ridge will prevail over the Gulf waters
through the middle of next week. Moderate to fresh E to SE winds
are expected across most of the basin through Wed. 

.TONIGHT...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft in the
evening, subsiding to 2 ft or less. 
.SUN...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Isolated
tstms. 
.SUN NIGHT...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
