.SYNOPSIS...A surface ridge will prevail over the Gulf waters
into the middle of next week. Moderate to fresh E to SE winds
are expected across most of the basin through Tue night. 

.THIS AFTERNOON...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.TONIGHT...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.SUN...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft. Scattered showers and
isolated tstms. 
.SUN NIGHT...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
