Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Cristobal near 25.2N 90.2W 994 mb at
5 PM EDT moving N at 10 kt. Maximum sustained winds 45 kt gusts
55 kt. Cristobal will move to 26.7N 90.2W Sun morning, 28.5N
90.4W Sun afternoon, 30.6N 91.1W Mon morning, move inland and
weaken to a tropical depression near 33.0N 92.3W Mon afternoon,
inland to 36.0N 92.8W Tue morning, and inland to 40.5N 91.5W Tue
afternoon. Cristobal will become extratropical as it moves near
49.0N 88.0W Wed afternoon. Once Cristobal moves inland, fresh to
strong southerly flow will be present across most of the
north-central Gulf waters through Mon night.  

.TONIGHT...SE to S winds 20 to 30 kt. Seas 8 to 13 ft in W to NW
swell. Scattered showers and isolated tstms.

.SYNOPSIS...Abundant tropical moisture spreading NE from the NW
Caribbean and Tropical Storm Cristobal will continue to support
scattered showers and thunderstorms over Florida adjacent waters
 and to the north of the Bahamas through early Monday. Early
next  week, a weak cold front will approach the northern waters
before  stalling and dissipating by the middle of the week.
Otherwise,  high pressure will support fresh trade winds,
highest to the north of Hispaniola this weekend.
