.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Cristobal near 18.3N 91.8W 995 mb at 5 
PM EDT moving SE at 3 kt. Maximum sustained winds 45 kt gusts 55 
kt. Cristobal will weaken to a tropical depression over land, then
re-intensify over water on Fri and moves northward in the central
Gulf. Strong SE winds are expected east of Cristobal on Sat.
