Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Cristobal in the Bay of Campeche will
move inland and weaken to a tropical depression through Thu, then
re-intensify and move northward, west of the forecast area, Fri 
through Sun. Winds and seas will increase in the SE Gulf on Mexico
Fri and Sat as Cristobal intensifies in the west-central Gulf.
