.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Depression Three is near 19.6N 92.1W
1003 mb at 5 AM EDT moving W at 2 kt. Maximum sustained winds
are 30 kt with gusts to 40 kt. Three will strengthen to a
tropical storm near 19.5N 92.4W this afternoon, move to 19.1N
92.7W Wed morning, 18.8N 92.7W Wed afternoon, 18.7N 92.5W Thu
morning, 19.0N 92.3W Thu afternoon, and 19.3N 92.1W Fri morning.
This system will will change little in intensity as it moves
farther north early Sat.

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front from 26N65W to the central Bahamas will
shift south and stall along 23N by late today, before 
dissipating tonight. High pressure will build north of the dying
