.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Depression Three near 19.6N 91.9W 1005 mb
at 11 PM EDT moving W at 6 kt. Maximum sustained winds 25 kt
gusts 35 kt. Three will move to 19.6N 92.6W Tue morning,
strengthen to a tropical storm near 19.2N 92.8W Tue evening,
18.8N 93.0W Wed morning, 18.6N 93.1W Wed evening, 18.5N 93.2W
Thu morning, and 18.5N 93.0W Thu evening. Three will change
little in intensity as it moves to 19.5N 92.5W late Fri, then
strengthen slightly as it tracks northward through Sat.  

.OVERNIGHT...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered
showers. 
.WED...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft. Scattered showers.

along 25N by late Tue, before dissipating tonight. Fresh to
strong NE winds north of the front will diminish overnight. High
 pressure building in the wake of the front will support
moderate  to fresh trade winds south of 22N Wed through Sat,
mainly north of Hispaniola.
