Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Weak 1008 mb low pressure near 26N84W along a trough 
will lift north through Tue, then move inland on Wed. North of the
low, fresh to locally strong east winds are expected in the NE 
Gulf tonight. A weak cold front will reach the Texas coast Tue, 
then stall. Haze and smoke from fires over southern Mexico could 
reduce visibility at times over the SW Gulf. A weak pressure 
pattern will prevail for the end of the week into the weekend.

.OVERNIGHT...S winds 15 to 20 kt, becoming SE to S 5 to 10 kt
late. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Scattered tstms. 
.TUE...S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft in the morning,

.SYNOPSIS...A weak surface trough S of 27N between 65W and 70W 
will move little and likely dissipate Tue. Another surface trough
oriented west to east off the South Florida coast will lift N 
through Tue night, with strong east winds head of it. Another 
trough may develop mainly E of 63W during the latter half of the 
week.  

.OVERNIGHT...SE to S winds 15 to 20 kt S of 27N, and E to SE
20 to 25 kt N of 27N. Seas 3 to 4 ft S of 27N, and 5 to 7 ft N of
27N. Scattered tstms. 
.TUE...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and SE 15 to 20 kt N
