Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Weak low pressure will likely form tonight offshore
the Florida Peninsula, lift north Tue, then move inland on Wed.
North of the low, fresh east winds are expected in the NE Gulf
tonight. A weak cold front will reach the Texas coast Tue, then
stall. 

.TONIGHT...S winds 15 to 20 kt, becoming SE to S 5 to 10 kt after
midnight. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered showers and isolated tstms. 
.TUE...S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft. Scattered tstms. 
.TUE NIGHT...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

.SYNOPSIS...Another surface trough oriented west to east off the 
South FLorida coast will lift N through Tue night, with strong 
east winds head of it. Another trough may develop mainly E of 63W 
during the latter half of the week. 

.TONIGHT...SE to S winds 15 to 20 kt S of 27N, and E to SE 20 to
25 kt N of 27N. Seas 4 to 6 ft in NE to E swell. Scattered tstms.
.TUE...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and SE to S 15 to
20 kt N of 27N. Seas 4 to 6 ft in NE to E swell. Scattered tstms.
.TUE NIGHT...SE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and SE to S 15 to
