Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A surface trough extends from near Naples, Florida
to the Yucatan Channel, while a weak stationary front extends
into the NE Gulf. A cold front is expected to stall along the
northern Gulf Coast Wed night through Fri. 

.OVERNIGHT...SW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED...S to SW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED NIGHT...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

.SYNOPSIS...Post-Tropical Cyclone Arthur north of the area will
move SE to S through Thu while weakening. Large NE swell from 
Arthur will affect the waters NE of the Bahamas Wed through Fri 
then subside Fri night and Sat. Otherwise, a weak frontal trough
will move across Florida overnight and dissipate on Wed. High 
pressure will build modestly across northern waters Fri and Sat.

27N, and 3 to 5 ft N of 27N. 
.WED...S to SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and
