Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A weak cold front extends from the Florida Panhandle
to near 25N90W. The front will move eastward across the Gulf and
weaken through Tue evening. A second cold front is forecast to
stall along the northern Gulf Coast late Wed through Fri.
Elsewhere, smoke from agricultural fires in Mexico may reduce
visibility at times in the Bay of Campeche for the next several
days.  

.TONIGHT...SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered
showers and isolated tstms. 
.TUE...SW to W winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft. Scattered showers
and isolated tstms. 
.TUE NIGHT...W to NW winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to S to SW after
midnight. Seas 3 ft. Scattered showers and isolated tstms.

.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Arthur N of area near 36.1N 73.9W
993  mb at 2100 UTC moving NE or 045 DEG at 14 KT. Maximum
sustained  winds 45 kt gusts 55 kt. Arthur will begin to veer
more E  tonight, then become extratropical Tue and move SE,
reaching near  31.5N 65W Thu afternoon. Northerly swell from
Arthur is expected  to move into the waters N of the Bahamas Wed
and Thu. Otherwise, a high pressure ridge will persist across
the central waters for  the next several days. 

.TONIGHT...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and S 10 to 15 kt N
of 27N. Seas 3 ft. Scattered showers and isolated tstms. 
.TUE...S winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and S to SW 10 to 15 kt N of
