Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A weak cold front extending from south-central
Louisiana over the NW Gulf to just south of Corpus Christi,
Texas will move eastward across the northern Gulf early this
week. This front may be followed by another cold front that
could stall near the northern Gulf Coast or over the northern
Gulf Wed through Fri.

.TONIGHT...S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.MON...S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered showers
and isolated tstms. 
.MON NIGHT...SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered

.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Arthur is centered near 31.5N 77.2W 
1002 mb at 5 PM EDT moving NNE at 8 kt. Maximum sustained winds
40 kt gusts 50 kt. Arthur will move to 33.1N 76.4W Mon morning,
then continue moving NE away from the forecast waters through
Tue. A set of northerly swell from Arthur may impact the waters
N of  the Bahamas late this week. Otherwise, a high pressure
ridge will persist across the central waters for the next
several days.

20 kt N of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and 4 to 6 ft N of
