.SYNOPSIS...A weak cold front extending from SW Louisiana over
the NW Gulf to near Corpus Christi, Texas will move eastward
across the northern Gulf early this week. A stationary front may 
linger near the northern Gulf Coast Wed through Thu. 

.THIS AFTERNOON...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TONIGHT...S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered
showers. 
.MON...S winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to 3 ft
in the afternoon. Scattered showers and isolated tstms. 
.MON NIGHT...SW winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 ft. Scattered showers

.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Arthur is centered near 30.5N 77.4W 
1002 mb at 11 AM EDT moving NNE at 8 kt. Maximum sustained winds
40 kt gusts 50 kt. Arthur will move to 32.0N 76.8W this evening, 
then continue moving NE away from the forecast waters early this 
week. Otherwise, a high pressure ridge will persist across the 
central waters for the next several days.

.THIS AFTERNOON...TROPICAL STORM CONDITIONS POSSIBLE. S to SW
winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and SW to W 25 to 30 kt N of 27N.
