.SYNOPSIS...A ridge over the NE Gulf is weakening. Low pressure
may develop near Louisiana on Sun and drag a weak cold front
across the northern Gulf Mon through Wed.  

.OVERNIGHT...NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SUN...SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SUN NIGHT...W to NW winds 10 to 15 kt, shifting to S 5 to 10 kt
after midnight. Seas 2 ft or less.

evening, and become extratropical and move to 37.5N 70.6W Tue
