Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Low pres 1012 mb over the Straits of Florida near
25N80W will slowly move NE over the Bahamas Sat. A ridge
extending into the NE Gulf will generate fresh to strong E to SE
winds E of 90W tonight and Sat, then winds will decrease to
between light and gentle as the ridge over the Gulf weakens. Low
pressure may develop near Louisiana Sun and drag a weak cold
front across the northern Gulf Mon through Wed.

.SAT...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft.

.SYNOPSIS...Low pres 1012 mb centered over the Florida Straits 
near 23.5N81.5W will move slowly NE to near 28N78W Sat morning, to
near 30N77W Sun morning, then to N of the area near 32.5N75W Mon 
morning. Gradual development of the low is expected, and it will 
likely become a tropical or subtropical storm Sat when it is 
located near the NW Bahamas. Frequent gusts to gale force are 
possible near to and north of the Bahamas the next two days. A 
stationary front extending from 26N65W to E of the Bahamas near 
26.5N69W will dissipate by Sat night.

.TONIGHT...SW to W winds 15 to 20 kt S of 27N, and E 20 to 25 kt
N of 27N. Frequent gusts to gale force from 24.5N to 28N until
around sunset. Seas 5 to 7 ft. Scattered tstms.

winds 20 to 25 kt, shifting to NW to N in the afternoon. Seas
