Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front in the Straits of Florida will
weaken and then dissipate later today. A ridge extending into
the NE Gulf will maintain fresh to strong E to SE winds E of 90W
through tonight. Moderate to fresh SE winds will prevail across
the rest of basin through the weekend. Low pressure may develop
near Louisiana on Sun and drag a weak cold front across the
northern Gulf on Mon.

and scattered tstms. 
.TONIGHT...E winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 5 to 7 ft. Scattered

.SYNOPSIS...A stalled front extending from 26N65W to the Straits
of Florida will weaken across the Bahamas later today. High 
pressure will build over the western Atlantic through Fri, 
resulting in fresh to strong E winds and building seas over the 
waters N of 22N. An area of low pressure is likely to form near 
the Bahamas by early Sat, and may develop into a subtropical 
depression this weekend as it moves NE over the western Atlc.

9 ft N of 27N. Numerous showers and scattered tstms.
