.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will prevail across the forecast
waters through the week as an old cold front remains stalled
across central Cuba and the NW Caribbean. Southerly return flow
will prevail across the western part of the basin.  

.TONIGHT...E winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.WED...E winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 5 to 7 ft. Scattered showers and
isolated tstms.

.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front extends from 31N65W to 25N75W to
W central Cuba. A reinforcing cold front extends across the NW 
waters from 31N69W to Straits of Florida. The cold front will 
gradually merge with the stationary front this evening, then the
 merged front will move SE and reach from 28N65W to central Cuba
by Wed, and remain nearly stationary through Thu. High pressure
will build in the wake of the front. Low pressure and active
weather  are expected to form NE of the Bahamas Fri night
through the  upcoming weekend.
