waters through the week. Southerly return flow will prevail
across the western part of the basin.

.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front extends from 31N67W to 1015 mb
low pres near 28N73W to W Cuba. The low will shift NE along the
front, moving N of the area Tue. A cold front extends across the
NW waters from 31N76W to near Melbourne, Florida. The cold front
will merge with the stationary front Tue. The merged front will
move  SE and reach from 28N65W to central Cuba by Wed, and
remain nearly stationary through Thu. High pressure will build
in the wake of the front. Low pressure may form NE of the
Bahamas Sat. 

.OVERNIGHT...S of 27N, NE winds 15 to 20 kt late. N of 27N, N to
NE winds 10 to 15 kt late. Seas 3 to 4 ft S of 27N, and 4 to 6 ft
N of 27N. Scattered showers and isolated tstms.
