Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...High pres ridging W from the western Atlc will
remain over the central Gulf through the middle of next week.
Thermal troughs moving W from the Yucatan Peninsula will bring
fresh to locally strong winds to the waters W of the peninsula
each evening through Wed night. Smoke from agricultural fires in
southern Mexico may cause haze and reduced visibilities over the
SW Gulf for the next several days.

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extending from 31N65W to 27N70W to
central Cuba near 22N78W will move slowly SE and become
stationary from  25N65W to 23N73W Sun. The front will then
dissipate by Mon. High  pres will prevail across the northern
waters through Tue night.

.TODAY...NE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and N to NE 5 to 10 kt N 
of 27N. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.TONIGHT...NE to E winds 15 to 20 kt S of 27N, and NE to E 10 to
15 kt N of 27N. Seas 3 to 5 ft.
