Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A weak cold front extends from Venice, Florida to
25N90W and to inland Mexico just north of Tampico. The front
will slowly move southward across the western Gulf while moving
SE across the eastern Gulf today and tonight, then exit the area
on Mon morning. Another cold front will move into the northern
Gulf Wed afternoon, reach from the Florida Big Bend to near
25N90W and to near northeastern Mexico early Thu. The western
part of the front will become stationary and weaken through late
Thu night, while the rest of the front will weaken as it exits
the SE Gulf Fri. Weak high pressure will build across the area
in the wake of this front.  

.THIS AFTERNOON...NW to N winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Winds
and seas higher in and near scattered showers and thunderstorms. 
.TONIGHT...N winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to
3 ft after midnight. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms.
.MON...N to NE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. Isolated
showers. 
.MON NIGHT...NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft.
.TUE...E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...Active convection will continue this morning along
and SE of a low level trough that extends from 24N82W to 
27.5N79W. A weak cold front is over the NW forecast waters. This
 front will move SE across the offshore waters and reach from 
31N77W to Palm Beach, Florida this evening, then from 31N70W to 
coast of NW Cuba Mon morning, before stalling and dissipating 
from 28N65W to Cuba along 80W Tue morning. High pressure behind 
the front will slide eastward along 31N. Yet another cold front 
will move off the southeastern U.S. coast and to the NW forecast
waters Wed night into Thu preceded by fresh to strong southerly 
winds. 

.THIS AFTERNOON...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and SW to W
15 to 20 kt N of 27N. Seas 3 to 5 ft S of 27N, and 4 to 6 ft N of
27N. Winds and seas higher in and near scattered to numerous 
showers and thunderstorms.
.TONIGHT...S of 27N, SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. N of 
27N, SW to W winds 10 to 15 kt, except W of 78W becoming NW 20 to 
25 kt late. Seas 4 to 6 ft, except w of 78W building to 5 to 7 ft.
Scattered showers and thunderstorms.
.MON...S of 27N, SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt, shifting to N to NE 
in the afternoon. Seas 3 to 4 ft. N of 27N, NW to N winds 15 to 20
kt. Seas 5 to 7 ft. Isolated showers and thunderstorms.
