Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...The easternmost of a pair of fronts moving across
the northern Gulf has weakened into a trough. A stronger cold
front farther west extends from near Panama City Florida to just
north of Tampico Mexico. This front will continue to drift
southeast through Tue and reach from the Florida Big Bend to
near Veracruz, Mexico on Wed, and from southwestern Florida to
the Bay of Campeche on Thu, before becoming stationary and
weakening Thu night into Fri. Another cold front is expected to
move over the northern Gulf Fri night and Sat, then stall by Sat
night.

.SYNOPSIS...Strong southerly winds will gradually diminish 
offshore of Florida tonight ahead of a cold front that is
expected to stall near the coast overnight through Tue. Strong 
thunderstorms are possible ahead of this front over the next 
couple days. The front will begin advancing again by mid-week, 
with a cold front expected to reach from near Bermuda to South 
Florida on Thu. The front will stall roughly N of 25N Thu night 
into early Fri, then lift northward as a warm front while 
weakening Fri into Fri night. Another cold front is expected to 
move off NE Florida Sat and Sat night.
